The Mac Kinnon Family

Mac's daily after dinner activity is to go snake hunting with John.  Emily likes to go hunting for berries (we have berry bushes in our yard).  They both put on their rain boots and head out, it's very cute......hopefully I'll remember to grab a picture one of these days!

When we got home today, John surprised the kids with having the trampoline together that we bought right before we left.  The kids were over the top thrilled and bounced away.  John even enjoyed some bouncing.  I'm just praying for no serious injuries......

Before we return home tomorrow, we took a little time to do some sightseeing.  We went to Muir woods which was an awesome place and then stopped to see the ocean.  This area is just an amazing sight of God's beauty that is all around us. 

Emily came down the stairs with a pair of pants on her head and was laughing hysterically.  She cracked herself up....

Last night we had dinner with Aunt Paula and the family before they headed back home.  It was a great visit and Emily ate her weight in spaghetti and ate meatballs the size of her head! 

We got to spend a little more time with Jim, Toni and Brian before they headed home. The kids had more fun!  Hopefully well get to hang out a little more now that were on the same coast!

Pappy and Karen watched the kids last night so we could take Aunt Rae to a restaurant she visited 54 years ago in the city.  While we were gone Emily wanted to cook dinner for the Coast Guard (or Guards as Emily calls it).  Karen and Emily cooked all kinds of good stuff!  The video is great, too darn cute!

Who knew Alameda has so many snails.  Mac and Brian found over 50 snails in an hour, it was crazy.  Over the past few days they have loved search for snails, it's amazing how many snails are around here!

Saturday morning Emily slept until 9:30, looks like she was the one up partying all night instead of us!

Holly had a really nice party after her retirement ceremony.  It was awesome to meet some of her friends, one of her friends took a whole bunch of pictures so I didn't get many from the party.  Her friends told lots of good stories and didn't embarrass her too bad!
