The Mac Kinnon Family

Mac got a magic trick from the magic store today. When we got home he couldn't wait to show us his trick. He had to find something black to wear then called us all in the room to show us the trick. He did great, he was way to cute!

John took the kids into San Francisco this am while Holly and I did a few things. We met them in the city to run, while we ran Holly and the kids walked on the Golden Gate bridge, great place for photo ops!

This afternoon John, Chuck and I ran the Golden Gate Bridge, it was an awesome run!

Wednesday we left Sacramento and went back to Alameda. One of John's friends is getting married and they had a few fun things tied into it for those coming to the area, Wednesday night we got to go to a San Francisco Giants game and Thursday we got to spend all day in wine country. It was so nice to have some time together hanging out with friends. The wedding is tomorrow then we head home to Virginia early Sunday morning!

We had alot of fun today, our day started at the Picture People for a picture Jan needed, then off to the Discovery Museum. The kids enjoyed the rocks and animals, there was an awesome owl. After dinner tonight they enjoyed a Popsicle. It's our last night in Sacramento, the kids are tired but have had so much fun together!

Aside from being with cousin Brian Mac's next biggest wish while we are in Sacramento was too go fishing with Uncle Jim on his boat. The boys spent the day on the boat fishing, swimming and tubing a bit. Mac didn't catch many fish but got to drive the boat which made his day. He was so serious about driving, he didn't crack a smile. Later in the day they got to go tubing behind the boat and Jim told Mac to put his thumb up if he wanted him to go faster. When they first took off he held up his thumb until they were going fast and said "Yeah baby that's what I'm talking about"! John was riding with Mac and after their first tumble Mac was a little confused about what happened but loved it the next time around and wanted more. They were two tired boys but the had the time of their life today!
