The Mac Kinnon Family

Holly was so helpful today and took the kids out so John and I could work on sorting through our garage.  We had a successful day....John's truck was stuffed to the gils for the dump and goodwill....Holly had a blast with the kids at a movie! 

Aunt Holly arrived today, the kids were super excited to see her.  Of course we were off to one of Mac's baseball games and Emily always takes way too much stuff.  His games only last two hours and she plays with several of her friends....so she packs like she is staying a week.   Yes that is a backpack jammed full, a baby craddle...with a baby, a blanket and a jacket.....Oh my....... 

John went fishing again today with his buddy Chad.  They had another successful day....more halibut!

With our upcoming move John wanted to take Mac to Seiku one more time for a fishing weekend and hopefully to get some halibut.  They had a great time and got several halibut.    It's such a great experience for them both, I'm so glad they get to share and enjoy the time together.  By the last day Mac was exhuated and found some time to sleep......  Hopefully they'll be fishing for Mai Mai soon.....

One of Emily's classmates Lexi celebrated her 6th birthday today.  Her parents did an amazing job at making the party circus themed, they had everything from a bounce house, ring toss, face painting, many circus games and of course a magician.  Emily and her two BFF's were called up to help with an act, it was very cute.  The party was topped off with a pinata! Emily had a great time.

The kids had their spring musical concert tonight.  They have been working for months to learn their songs and all the kids did an amazing job.  It was a great performance, we were all blessed by the children and their gift of music.  Emily was a little nervous but warmed up after a while.  There are some videos at the bottom of their performances!  It was a great night!

Happy Birthday today to John!!!! His birthday started early, he opened one gift last night since he could use it for his birthday morning which as you could guess started with an early day fishing!  After fishing we celebrated with an early dinner at a Japanese steakhouse.  Mac and Emily were amazed at the chef and how they cook the food in front of you.  Dinner was great, then it was off to Mac's baseball game and then a birthday cake after.  It was a busy birthday!!!!
