The Mac Kinnon Family

We went into the Olympic National Forest today to snow shoe.  It was a beautiful day and we all loved snow shoeing.  We found a beautiful ridge with an amazing view.  After about 3 hours we were all starving, after some lunch we went off to sled!  Everyone enjoyed that as well, the kids took some good spills and of course the dad's had to race!  A fun New Year's Eve day was had by all, the kids want to stay up until midnight......we'll see if they make it!  Happy New Year!

The boys went to an indoor rock climbing facility yesterday and Mac just loved it.  He climbed to the top of every wall, some were really high, with no fear!  Unfortunately the place is closing down, we'll have to see if we can find somewhere for Mac to do it again!

We took the ferry over to Seattle this morning and had a great time.  We walked to REI, where we spent almost 2 hours, it's an amazing store.  From there we hit the space needle, took the monorail, stopped at Pike's Market then went on an "Seattle Underground" tour which was pretty awesome.  For a 12 hour day the kids did great and we didn't hear a peep out of anyone when they went to bed!
