The Mac Kinnon Family

On Wednesday and Thursday, we cut down some trees in our front yard. We cut down the two trees by the big rock in front of the house, and a couple trees in the group of trees down by our driveway. It took about 3 hours to do the two trees, and about 5 hours to do the trees by our driveway. The front yard looks much more open now. Dad made some benches with the cut down trees to put down in the group of trees and they look nice. We also planted some flowers in our yard. This year in our garden, we have peas, kale, carrots, tomatoes, strawberries, cantaloupe, bell peppers, and potatoes. Hopefully they will all turn out good!

This Easter was fun. Mac and I were surprised with Easter baskets and a outside egg hunt! For the egg hunt, the eggs were filled with money but I ended up with $4 and Mac ended up with about $25 so we ended up splitting the money. We cooked a good dinner and watched the online service for our church. I also baked a Neapolitan cake which was good. We took a long walk out in our woods with our dogs too. We got to talk to a lot of family members so that was fun too. Mom had to work, but she didn't go in until about 6 so we got spend most of the day with her.

We have completed week 2 of quarantine! It's been boring, but we've found ways to entertain ourselves. Yesterday we did a workout outside, Mac and I have been biking, and I have been doing some volleyball. Mac has been building some jumps in our backyard. I have also been training Bailor. I have taught him shake and lay down so far, and I plan to teach him more tricks like roll over and play dead. My online school starts this Monday, and I am cleaning out my whole desk even the drawers so my room is a mess right now! I hope everyone is doing well.
