Ducks, Beale St., BBQ, MLK and Pyramids....oh my.

We heard about the Peabody's hotel "march of the ducks" where ducks that live in the penthouse are "marched" down the elevator and into a fountain for the day.  It's a fun tourist attraction and we loved it.  They were so darn cute!

After our fun with the ducks we walked to Beale St., one of the popular streets in Memphis.  It was cool, we ventured to the Gibson guitar factory then found a great place for BBQ.  We filled our bellies full with some great Memphis BBQ.

We walked to the site of Martin Luther King's death, had a history lesson with the kids.  It was interesting to see.  We had a long walk back to the truck.

On our way home we saw the Bass Pro Shop's pyramid, it was the largest Bass Pro Shop I had ever seen, and it was in a pyramid, pretty cool!  The kids (including John) had alot of fun.  We did alot today...and were home by 2:30, whew no wonder were all tired tonight!
