Eilean Donan Castle

Another beautiful castle, but this one was pretty special.  Not only did they have a MacKinnon coat of arms in the dinning area they also do weddings!   Amity and I vowed to do a 50th anniversary ceremony there unless one of our kids want to get married there.  It’s located just outside the Isle of Skye.  Unfortunately they did not allow pictures on the inside of the castle.  Amity was not hungry but I needed some lunch   The cafe was serving Ghillies pie made of venison and haggis.  It was like a mince pie but way better!
