The Mac Kinnon Family

You know your kids are exhausted when they sleep until 10 am...........unheard of in the MacKinnon household, poor guys are just worn out from all the summer fun!

One of Pappy and Emily's favorite things to do is have ice cream together.  While Mac and Holly were paddle boarding they got to enjoy a yummy treat! 

Holly and Mac went paddle boarding yesterday and had a blast.  They did alot of exploring and really enjoyed it on the water.  Hopefully they can do it again next week!

On our way home on one of our ferry rides this weekend Emily is sitting on Pappy's lap and tells him:  "Pappy, as you know I've been spending a lot of special time with Aunt Holly, but just be patient because I will be spending special time with you too". 

We spent yesterday in the city, again took another ferry ride and walked to the stadium to see the Mariners play.  Although the game wasn't thrilling, it was fun to hang out and watch the game.  Afterwards we got some yummy dinner before heading back to the ferry to come home. Everyone was exhausted, while we played games on the ferry...other's caught flies! Wow, what a busy weekend we had but lots of fun!!!!

Saturday we woke up very early for a fun trip to Victoria Canada.  It took a while to get there but once we did we boarded a bus to a beautiful garden, it was awesome.  After we got back to the city we toured some of the big tourist spots including a neat castle.  We had a great dinner then headed back home on the ferry.  It was a late night but we loved visiting the city and definitely will make more trips there to explore more!
