The Mac Kinnon Family

We had more snow when we woke up this morning but it stopped early in the day and the sun peeked out from time to time.  We found a great hill to sled on ,we all had a blast.  Mike gave Mac his snowboard and boots, Mac was up on the board pretty quickly and loved it.  Finn had a blast chasing us down the hill too!  Emily challenged everyone to a "snow challenge" to see who could stand in the snow the longest.  She is a rock, she made it longer than anyone.....I thought I would have a chance but she is tough!!!!  We all warmed our feet by the fireplace and later we let the kids open one gift.  After the letter to Santa was written and cookies placed.....the kids went to bed.  I'm sure they will have us up way early!!!!

The forecast for snow was on par and we woke up to more snow with it expecting to snow into Saturday.  The kids were so excited to play, they built the best snowman, did some sledding and then later we all took a walk in the snow.  We love it!!!!!!  We warmed up with some games and Finn loved watching it snow!  He did great playing out in it too and chased the kids!!!

 The kids decorated gingerbread men tonight, Mac realized he didn't really like gingerbread!  We watched a movie and hung out.  It feels so good to be able to relax!!!!
